Sticky: C63 Dynolicious Thread!
Alright guys I know half of you probably have an iphone or itouch. If you have the dynolicious program I figure I create a thread for everyone to post up their times. It's fairly accurate if not fun for 13 bucks if you don't want to spend 500 on a vbox or drive to a track. Here were my first 2 completed runs done on a private road....... Btw my actual rwhp on DJ was 402 about 15kmiles ago.
Dynolicious My Ride Info:
(standardize it unless you have exact weight)
Weight = 4100 (estimated)
Drivetrain Loss = 18%
Rollout speed test = 0"
Rollout distance test = 12"
Trigger = 0.10g
60' = 2.60s
0-60mph = 5.15
1/8 = 8.87s @ 92.4mph
1/4 = 13.36s @ 105mph
Peak HP = 434rwp
60' = 2.36s
0-60mph = 4.96
1/8 = 8.75 @ 85.8
1/4 = 13.21 @ 108mph
Peak HP = 407rwp

I just downloaded the Dynolicious app to my iTouch...I'm too beat tonight to test it out but maybe I'll get up early enough to avoid traffic and have some fun with it. I saw another thread and video where they tested the Dynolicious against the GTech and the Dynolicious was more accurate...in fact it was within 1/100 on the dragstrip 1/4 mile time with very close calcs across the board (1/8 mile, 60', etc).
Either way it should inspire a fun drive to work tomorrow!

TS, how do you keep your phone upright and relatively stationary so that DL can function properly? Is proper mounting of phone necessary?
Seems like your results are very realistic.

You think? The C63 does much better than 13.2 even on streets.
Sounds like a fun toy to play with though, ill check it out.

The 1/8 trap in the first run looks like a tune-only C63 run. But, the 1/8 trap in the second run is slow, even for a stock C63.
So, I'm really not sure. Glad you asked, though.
The 0-60 looks realistic.

don't have my android phone anymore, but I think the app was called aDyno. Not exactly the same, but similar. You need some type of dock to keep it stationary. For me just throwing it in the cupholder wasn't good enough.

Upon further review, I don't think it's very accurate in this particular test.

I would like to try this. I tried some other cheapo (mobile phone apps) without a stationary mount and the results were very inconsistent.
Thanks for the feedback.

I've seen the reviews. Like you said, it's supposed to be very accurate. I was just commenting on those particular runs.
