AMG Private Lounge SLS AMG Poster
Did anybody else get their SLS AMG poster from the AMG Private Lounge yet? Just got mine today. It's pretty cool. It's a poster of the SLS AMG, but comprised of 10,000 individual photographs of Private Lounge members' cars as well as offical press images of the SLS.
This is what it looks like...
Thank you Mercedes AMG!!

You have to be an AMG Private Lounge member first (http://www.mercedes-amg.com/privatel...ogin/index.php). Last year, at about this time, they sent out an email to members calling for submissions of photographs of members' AMG vehicles. They didn't say what it was for exactly, only that it was for "something special". Turns out they composed a unique poster of the SLS using the thousands of photos that were submitted by Private Lounge members.
In the letter that accompanied my poster, it said that they would be issuing a request very soon for submissions by members for the 2011 edition of whatever it is that they'll be doing with those photographs that are sent in. There's no indication that it'll be another poster, but I'm sure they'll think of something cool to do with them.
In short, if you're not a Private Lounge member yet, sign up. I'm pretty thrilled by the fact that the official poster they've printed actually contains several photos of my own car.

At the very least, I think you'd need a zip code. I remember just before they mailed the poster off to me, they emailed me for a verification of mailing address. At that point, I replied with my proper and full Canadian mailing address.

Canadians can register
It's just that the online template does not allow it. There's an option somewhere to send them an email. Just include your VIN number in the email and they'll register you to have access to the lounge. That's what I did a year ago.
