Not responding to emails.

The Texas number is disconnected. The Illinois number never gets picked up.

My ECU is stuck in limbo with UPS until I can get a hold of someone.

Anyone know how to get a hold of Eurocharged?

I think I read that Greg and Tony are no longer with the company, as of this week. So if you were talking to them about anything, you'd want to relay that info to Jake so it doesn't fall through the cracks.

It is all good. Email coming back and forth right away. Their website is back up too. haha. Just had me a little worried as I had to ECUs in the same box.

Tuned and ECU's are awaiting UPS Pickup.

Jerry is quick and 1 day turn around is as advertised.

I got a hold of them on Friday. They had email issues. It happens.

My ECUs are back in Canada and should be delivered by noon today. Eurocharged is doing a great job!

Just got a call from Jerry. Seems that greg isn't with him anymore and he is working hard to caught up. It's my first time talking to Jerry and he seems very fair and reasonable. Hope everything works out ok.

We still have our Genius so we use that if a tune needs to be flashed. Had a customer today for it. PM me if interested.

Also, Jerry is the only one that tunes our cars.

Sorry for the miscommunication guys.

Greg and tony are indeed no longer with the company, and couple that with a nasty round of storms/tornados that knocked out power and internet from the shop and that left us crippled.

We hence just migrated everything over to outside hosting (all web sides and email) and dns is finally updated. (we were hosting from the shop) While that was in process some email might have bounced and the site was down for a bit.

If anyone has not gotten a reply via pm or email please resend it and we will get right back to you.
