Go with the HRE. Mine are very light and don't forget Forgeline, they are light also.

Why is this mesh design so common?
Go with the HREs. The rivets look good but might be a little troublesome to clean.

Rennen Modular Concave

How about Rennen Modular 3-PC - Concave Forged ? These are custom built 6061-T6 Heat Treat - Lightweight for Racing Applications. The wheels give you a completely different contour and profile from your conventional 3-PC technology.

for me its the shape of the spokes are. if you look closely its has more clear and clean cut lines vs. the dpe so this will give you a stronger look to your wheels.

and it will look bigger too

Go with the HRE's. If you want hidden hardware, take a look at the HRE 560R's. On both wheels you posted there is a small gap between the spokes and barrel, which will make cleaning a PIA.

Don't sleep on DPE they make a great wheel. My brother runs DPE. I happen to have a set of HRE's on order. In all honestly I bet you would be happy no matter what you choose.

If it was me and I had a W204, I would go with a monoblock wheel. In this case HRE makes a really nice monoblack...
