Just ran across this. http://www.hennesseyperformance.com/mercedesbenz.html
Wonder if they do their own or use someone else's? +30 HP / +35 TQ seems to be on low end of here. Also anyone with insights into their TCM upgrade? Does this seem expensive to other in comparison to other offerings out there? I had a Hennessey car and it was brutal in simple terms; just not sure if this type of experience would translate to M156.

I think this is old news...haven't heard of them in months. Aren't they more into Vipers?

They are indeed. I own a Venom Viper1000. Use to run low-mid 10s all the time, assuming I didn't lose traction which is near impossible without drag slicks! The thing is the most brutal car I have ever driven...to the point it is was not even fun after awhile. Great in straight line...turn, and apply throttle...bye-bye ***-end! Sitting in storage. Impulse buy...big regret!

With at least 5+ reputable tuners with proven parts for the C63, why the hell would you go with a company with no proven product for the M156, and many documented failures with other projects they've "attempted"?

Don't get a shady Texas tuner confused with a legendary French Cognac.

Not considering them at all. Have K1 and has served me well.

I wouldn't let Hennessey tune my lawnmower for free.

If you left that car here, I can run it around the block a few times to make sure it is operating correctly

The optimal word is operating correctly! The damn thing is impossible to keep running. 7 miles/gallon, no suspension (small pebbles felt like cinder blocks going up your a--!) tire spin or stall at stop, tire spin at every change....how much fun can you have? Sad part about it is that I have a guy who wants to buy it. I have let him drive it and been candid about the issues (small to large) and he still wants to buy.
