Sorry to create a thread about it but I couldn't find the info I'm looking for.

I would like to know if the foglight covers in this set --> Mecedes C-Class Sport Headlight Covers are also for the C63?
Is the diameter of the lense the same in a Sport and an AMG C-class ?

Thanks.

Matt, none of the Lamin-X stuff works. The headlight covers don't fit and the fogs are for the elegance series are about 50% too small for C63 fogs. I have them all and am in process of sending them back for refund. Their product is good, but the fitment is for sure wrong for head-lights as well as fogs.

Wow, I thought that Lamin-X is a good product.

Thanks Dave.
I have some tinted vinyl for tailights at home so I guess I'll just use that to tint my fogs for now. I'll worry about the headlights later. I you find anything interesting or worth recommending, let me know

Hi Lamin-X is a good product but it is clear from what I got they did not do proper fitment to C63 headlights. They are sending me another set of fog tints to see if they will work, but the ones that comes with set do not fit for sure. I installed reverse tints and they worked well, but I don't think they were Lamin-X - see here - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/08-09...item5887ac531d They worked well and were perfect fit and easy to install. Do not go with Laminex, the fitment is an utter disgrace. total waste of my money and several hours of time.

Could not agree more. I spent couple of hours trying to put on the headlight films and there was no way it was even close to covering the head-lights. Complete joke! They said they would refund my money if I sent the product back...jeez, thanks! $10 in shipping back to them a product that cost me $50..makes alot of sense doesn't it

I ordered custom cut pieces for two vehicles (one was my 07 c230) awhile back and neither of them fit well at all. It does seem to be a quality product but I would recommend just buying a sheet of it and cutting it on your own.

Have them done custom by a clear film installer. Mine did the headlights, foglights and side mirrors in the heavier weight 3M film...you cannot tell they are covered at all.

Just an update here - I got the "sport" C class fog covers (yellow) and despite being told so, they did not fit properly. They were too big and had excess on the end that just created a weird wavy effect. I emailed them and they've agreed to send me a new set based on measurements that I gave them. Didn't have to pay shipping, etc.
