My buddy with the 997 also has a 996 TT EVOMS GT800 (800HP) Here are some pics of his monster...













My buddy and I went for a late night canyon run near Angeles crest tonight in his 997 Turbo. The thing is a BEAST, Its stupid fast!! His mods are a custom turbo back exhaust that he made himself, 19" Cargraphic wheels, drop, and Meth injection.

I also just installed Carbon fiber vents.

From the tail , I can see its Mk1. You should see a Mk2 with PDK in action. My father owns one and THIS is fast.

Nice shooting by the way. I love your C63 with the nice touchs of carbon. Side carbon vents are too much IMO. Your tail looks amazing.

Ya, my buddy has driven the PDK and he says its insanely fast.

The side vents look alot better in person, I will admit that the overall look in the front looks cleaner without them. But looks alot more aggressive with the vents on.

Both cars look great. However I'm not a fan of the CF vents. I think your car would look better with the CF splitter-lips than with CF vents. Just my $0.02

Yes, the splitter does look great but I would rather have s full front lip like the ARKYM lip. Now if they only made it in carbon fiber.

Your car looks so nice and shiney so I know it wasn't from the car ride--doesn't he know that clean cars go faster--I guess his car doesn't need anymore power.
His headlights need a good polish--sorry I'm a detail freak--if he wants to drive out east, I'm willing to let him leave with me for a week or two

Haha ya he was telling me that his car is gonna come out bad because its not clean.
Im a detailing freak too, I could spend hours just cleaning it.
Yes, the vents I got are from Harrower. Most people dont like them but It really makes the front look aggressive.

I just spoke with him. He just got the LED assembly and custom made it himself. He said the assembly is around $360.

Ya, its bulky but It looks better in person.

One thing I can say about the 997 is that it STICKS like super glue.
It was around 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit in the canyons, with partial wet conditions. But the car felt like it was on rails.

Haha Im just gonna get a Carbon fiber lip later on down the line and call it quits. I love it though, it is turning into an addiction.
