It was pretty fun. The match ups were viper (mostly stock ACR) vs. Z06 (bolt-ons but set up for handling), camaro (NA but also coilovers) vs. Challenger (turbo), STi (track) vs. Evo (street/strip), Mustang (bolt-on 5.0) vs. 350Z (bolt-ons), M3 vs. C63, GTR (bolt-ons) vs. 997 turbo S (new one), civic si (turbo) vs. Mazda Speed3 (track), Ram SRT-10 (bolt-ons) vs. F150 Lightning, Ford GT (heavy mods) vs. Supra (heay mods), GTi (bolt-ons) vs. Civic Si (bolt-ons).
I've decided not to say who won out of the other races since the people who taped the show probably wouldn't appreciate it and that would probably exclude us from future events. So instead I'll say who the C63 beat what as far as times/place. You can call BS all you want on some of these but you have to remember it was cold (for us, 46 degF then got warmer) and tires were limited to street rubber on all but the Ford GT and the Supra (1100 hp plus on both). If you see results on other forums, great.
The SRT-10 only did the dragstrip since the Lightning was a no show. There is no "spoiler" there.
For the dragstrip he beat: Z06, Camaro, Challenger, STi, Evo, Mustang, 350Z, M3, both civics, Mazda, Ram SRT-10, and the GTi.
In the auto-x he beat: Challenger, Mustang, 350Z.
In slalom he beat: both civics, supra, 350Z, camaro, challenger, mustang
The M3 beat more cars in the auto-x as he was a few seconds faster than the C63.
So there you have it. The results from one day of racing, one car out of many on the road out there with varying mods, and one driver out of thousands. And everyone there was cool - no attitudes at all and very friendly.

Just because someone owns a car capable of mid 11 second time doesn't necessarily mean he will ever actually run one. Z06 is much more challenging to make an optimum pass in than our point and shoot rides.
Congratulations to Tattor, his et and trap aren't bad for tune only on street tires. I still would have loved to seen the faces if Dodger was there to bust out a 10.x.

If Tatorr reads this, congratulations for competing and putting on a good show. It must have been fun. ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
To the Mod who posted the black crow picture, I'm genuinely confused as to what you expected from the members on this site. Sure, there were members who said some rude things, but it's not like we can't move on and chill out.
How is anyone eating crow because Tatorr competed and did fairly well?
A number of us had certain hopes and then some disappointment and then we moved on.
Now, we're doing what any car forum enthusiasts would do, show some interest in an event that had a C63 competing.

Actually your comments suggest that we should all think the same way as you do. I retain my opinion that this event was a huge waste of time. The results are exactly the same as countless magazines have already reported, hardly an indication of any of the "forum" influenced potential that we all know exists. The show would be more accurately named "factory wars".

Nicely done Tatorr.
Your car ran well in the 1/4 mile and from the sounds of it was respectable in the other events. A C63 needs suspension mods to be able to hang with the M3 on a Auto-X or a slalom. A friend of mine was there in his R32 Golf and said it was definitely a fun time. CXan't wait to see the videos when they air it.

When does this air out and on what channel?
At the end of the day, we all know the C is faster on the streets and could easily be as fast or better in twisties depending on the driver.
MB built the H bomb with the C and BMW just built a regular explosive

Did you get the DTM bumper yet?
I wanted to see heavily modded examples (and higher skilled driver) compete to show how our cars will dominate the M3--oh and an LSD car would've been nice in the road course/slaoom.

And to the M5 mod, I'd love to post a pic of something for you to eat but I'd probably get BANNED
