Have not installed them yet. I am having them ceramic coated both inside and out and am planning some race cats just behind the collectors and an X Pipe.
What are "CC" exhaust inserts?

I bought his headers but he did not offer them.....hhhmmm maybe I should ask him.

inserts are helpful, they still leave planty car's characteristics for you, still very loud at wot and rapid padel input, I also weld my MHP mid pipes, b/c the clamps never work well, exhaust leak alway there, welding them together help tone it down also
