ACG Build: C63 Weistec Stage 2
Anyhoo back to the build. Don't know if I'd go with the widebody conversion. Sure it'll let you fit fatter tires to get more power to the ground, but I'd prefer to have my C63 be a sleeper where no one knows that it could give a Ferrari a run for its money. Speak softly and swing a big stick. Well...speak softly until you bury the throttle into the carpet

What size spacer is that?
or is it multiple spacers? Is that going to be permanent?
It's pretty obvious this guy has a ton of money, I would hope eventually
he would put the right size tire and wheel instead of risking damage. I'm
no expert but that can't be good long term.

What kind of HRE's are you guys going with?
Also, what size rubber can you run with this setup?
Let's see if you guys can tell what you are looking at. One clue is obvious and the other isn't.
Peter and James have been doing a great job. They've made some great cars even better in the last few months. Last week they finished the 996TT. The takeoff AMG brakes need to be moved over to my wife's car and then that one will also be complete. That should be next week. A 993 will be coming out of paint on Friday and will go back to ACG for a new clutch/flywheel, intake, exhaust and ECU work next week while this car is at SEMA. So that will be 4 cars they've done for just me.
While the C63 will in fact make it to SEMA, its not going to be in its final form and will come back for about the same amount of work as has been completed already. Hopefully we can get all of that done by CES. There will be more extensive bodywork done, the ICE hasn't even been touched yet and there are some other custom items I need to design yet that will be done after CES.
We're going to be about halfway done with the car for SEMA. So far, this is all just bolt-on stuff other than the rear widebody. After this, the real never-been-done-before stuff can get started.

I wonder if I can get a set of PCCB rotors for these calipers? Hmmm......
The car might be assembled today. I think its going over to get the other body panels hung today.Should be all wrapped up on Saturday and put in the transport trailer. After SEMA will do phase II for CES and then finish it after CES.
