Keep in mind the tail will still slide but you will have power and control instead of not having any.
Get OS Giken or Quaife depending on your budget.
In a straight line I don't really know how much of a difference. The shop who installed the differential said most drift guys use quaife and most track guys use os giken.
If you take a 2 minute track, you'll probably shave off 2-3 seconds per lap with a quaife and about 5 seconds with os giken. Sounds about right with my experience.

I know you're approximating, but with what do you attribute the difference in lap times between the Quaife and OS Giken? Does it have to do with effecting corrective lock at different rates? Or is that they have a different percentage of lock capabilities?
I guess they keyword is here is consistency. When you can run consistent hot laps, you can get way ahead.
See it as Quaife allows control maintaining high speed thru a corner while the os giken allows better acceleration thru a corner. Both kind of serve different purposes.
The big advantage is that one of the weaknesses of the C63 is exiting out of corners and putting down all that power ASAP. The C63 is heavy so you really want to minimize the amount of time you spend turning at 100%.
