SoCal C63 Black Series Coupe
The entire western region is getting twenty C63 BS coupes in 2012. The House of Imports is getting one of them and we are expecting delivery late June. The dealership is not taking deposits and the prices have yet to be released. We can build it to your exact specifications with a $20k deposit. As the pricing information becomes available I will update this thread.

that's correct, HOI is not taking deposits on the vehicle. there are only 21 BS Coupes coming to all the western region. ie: washington, oregon, california, arizona, etc.

Were so I can place my order. I will pay MSRP!!! I've been trying for one in michgan, no luck. I put down a deposit for a coupe amg, i will gladly cancel if I can get one.

ur dealership accepted deposit from my friend. he's inline for one, even though he figured out 1. u guys will not get that many cars. 2. u guys will most likely be asking a premium over msrp. this thread just confirmed no.2 i guess?
just to clarify, not all dealerships are like u guys. there are some good ones out there. i don't blame u guys marking up the car if it's that rare & there's a market for it. but to come out to public saying that out loud is just dumb...
not sure who came up the name Black Series. too bad some dealers can make up some real BS. lol.

We're not upset because he wants a deposit. He's assuming that all MB dealers are going to mark up $20K which is not the case and then, he goes on to say that his dealership doesn't take deposit on the BS but wants $20K. Huh? WTF?

This is the biggest disapointment for Mercedes as a company for not screening dealerships. I was in route to order a black series through a friend in michigan. He was the best person to work with, I know for sure he tried to get one alocated for me. The general manger of the many dealerships he owns works for the mercedes design board of 12 members. He called, telling me that the Northen part or section of the U.S is getting only three or four allocations. I had to go through a screening, VIP and a memo from the owner and myself why I desire a car of this caliber. They were not able due to the fact I was late in the process. The reason why they go through this process is too weed out the flippers and the price jackers. It's a prevelige, if you had a black series before it is easier to get another. The dealership should get it's franchise permit revoked, I will tell you this and to the dealership I will pay 40k over pruimum and I hope I draw national attention to this. Bring it to me, I'll bite..... P.M. me.

If you think you're gonna just walk into any dealership and pick up one of these for MSRP when you don't even know what MSRP is, then you might be smoking the devils lettuce
People with good connections will get one. Othet People's allocations will get bumped for customers who will pay a premium. It happened with the SLS and the SL65 BLACK and CLK63 BLACK and it will happen with this
SL65 Blacks were going for $325k ++ when they came out. People were willing to pay $150k ++ for the M3 GTS without hesitation

There's just to much bad business going on. Even dealerships acknowledge its wrong lambs, Ferrari 's and other exotics don't do this . It's just proper. Jmo.. I'll pass on a bs.... It's not even xotic.
