Looks like everyone else has asked the questions I was going to post up. Great job, you've addressed the main concern for all of us who were on the fence about getting a tune done! You guys should consolidate these Q&A's together on your first post as a one stop shop. Sent an email to your Canadian counterparts, looking forward to getting this programmer in my hands and getting my C63 a V3 tune shortly!
How many have you guys sold? Are we close to the 20 to get $100 back?

Can anyone at Eurocharged clarify how this discount works and has it actually been reached? I'm about to place my order with Eurocharged Canada but my question on this matter went unanswered. Any chance they're not on the same page and have not been following this thread?

Hey guys,
In addition to the FAQ info pertaining to sale and high level usage questions that you're getting here (some repeatedly, already), that would make sense to be placed in Post #1, do you think it makes sense to do one of two other things, or both...
1. Talk to the mods about a sticky, and post the FAQ in there too, as well as a list of all (publicly acknowledged) maps, with a blurb about what/when it is designed for, as well as version info. That way, your customers know a) they are using the right option, and b) they have the most current file.
2. Add a forum or info tab to your own website/product page that accomplishes this same thing.
I'm just thinking, this is a game changer product that a lot of people will be on board with, and also is more empowering to the end user, so some action like this make save you guys a million emails/calls/PMs/etc, and be helpful to all.
It would be a real win if somehow, your registered customers could eventually just log on to your site/forum and download the latest map/update on their own, but I realize that might be a challenge, given how it seems the tuned maps need to be "custom emailed" with dependency on the ID of that customer's ECU.(?)

Thanks for all the questions guys. I will reply to them as soon as I get to the office!
As of 6:00pm yesterday, we had 11 paid orders. I will be refunding at least $50 to each person today.
I'll process any remaining orders today and let you know. If you haven't talked to us and received an order number, then your order is not confirmed and does not count toward the refund. So please call / email us so we can get your order in.
Thanks again guys

Eurocharged Performance ML63 and TT lambo
Valet mode sounds cool but could u actually use it? I mean u pull up to the restaurant and u gotta get the device out..open the port etc.. cars beeping behind, wife getting peeved... Apart from that, it would be good if it was RPM limited rather than 20pmh or so as in LA they often have to drive them around the block to another lot...
1) Anyway... How does the loaner problem work?
2) I don't have easy access to a PC, only mac, will this be a prob?

It would be great if we could do that via forum, but the customer files are vin encoded and we would need the stock file with your hardware/software numbers on it to do so. Interesting thought tho....

"Generally you would read the stock file, send it to Eurocharged, we will modify it and send it back. However, the 63 ECU cannot be read via OBDII so the device will only ID the car. Once you have this ID file, you send it to us. We will then match your stock software based on the ID file, attach it to an email and send it on the way to you. From that point forward, you load all tunes via the same method."
So I'm curious; Does this mean there are very few versions (revisions) of the stock software and you have access to them all? I'm unclear on how you can guarantee you can email back the tune as it exists on the stock car if you don't read it out from the car's ECU.
Thanks,
Joe

You got it right, Joe. There are not many versions out there...
In fact, an E63 may have the same software version as a CLS63.

LSD helps with imagination and pretty mental pictures . . . or so I hear.
I plugged my 'brain' back in this morning and went for a spin, errrr, ride around the block. Wow! Outrageous. I love it.

the valet mode is a pretty good idea... valet mode comes with every car i drive... it's called don't valet or slip them some money to park it yourself in the valet spot... but i guess i'm lucky since i live somewhere that doesn't require me to valet all the time...
and the prank is freakin hilarious! my friend with an m5 has the programmer... if i could get that tune into his car without him knowing, it would be awesome...
