I ordered mine from the Fairfield, CA dealer. Anthony has the clearest image of his tin box (page 2 of this thread) and it also has the part number listed. Provide that part number to your parts guy and they should also be able to order it for you. I just got mine ordered this week so who knows how long it'll take and if it'll work. My parts guy had to submit forms along with a VIN so we'll see. I'll keep everyone posted.

My 2013 C63BS came with a box set of these covers. From what I hear all 2013+ AMG's will come with them? Not sure, yet, but I'm moderately confident that my dealer wasn't just being nice and tossed it in for free.

Someone from Aussie already mentioned earlier that his friend didn't like it so peeled it off before he could ask him for a trade. So of course it's a sticker.
It's likely a well made adhesive-backed stamped tin. That still makes it a sticker. How else do you think it's bonded to the plastic?! Come on, do you think it's riveted or thermally bonded together?! Of course not! If you are lucky, they might even stamped on thin gauge stainless steel, but it's probably just tin.

It was me. I also own one of those AMG tin badges on my key Fob. It is only glued on and all you need is to purchase the little badge and glue it on if you can get one

There are all sorts of "AMG", or so called AMG items advertised on the web,.....many many many of them, made in China.
I don't care how good they are,......if they aren't genuine "AMG" items, marketed by AMG, they ain't getting close to me, or our C63.

My friendly dealer gave me one, & also the AMG domiciled tin box that they come with....so now I've got one of each...which suits me.
