I run 38psi front and back. The roads in Australia can be rough and the temperatures here in Sydney would be similar to your southern states. Even at 38psi I find the shocks soak up the bumps pretty well and the car rides well. Anything less and you run the risk of damaging your rims if you are unfortunate enough to hit a pot hole.

Here is a link to the thread that jordanaf mentioned. https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...-pressure.html
A pressure between 39 and 42 should work well with a light load of 2 people and no luggage in the trunk. I have 275/30 19 and run 39 all around.

I tried every combination I could think of in the "search". I even tried just tire pressure and got zip.

If you’re setting the tire pressure for the regular commute to work and back, open the gas flap and use whatever the sticker says. If you’re setting it for maximum grip and longevity for specific tires on a particular vehicle, buy an infrared pyrometer. A new set of tires are $1500. A pyrometer costs $70. The ROI is the first set of tires you use them on. As an added bonus, a pyrometer and will last forever.
