DAMN!!!! Given the cost of an 07/07 63 is around 45,000$, that's pretty insane for just an engine.

That's a lot I suppose but when you think about it it's an amazing engine so it's prob worth that's sort of money.

Yeah but check out the other engines listed below. Same engine but twice the price. Given it's another how many thousand $ to fit it. It's like half the price of the car just for the engine.

Was just talking with a friend. They had a 5.5 biturbo replaced and it was $74,000 from AMG lol

My friend just did a complete motor replacement for a customers CLS 63 at the dealership. He told me that the dealership is billing 45k for the motor.

If your interested I'm selling mine soon and its got all the goodies. MHP race ported heads, MHP custom cams, thermostat, and intake gaskets.

Less than 30,000 miles.

There are a few sls engines around for under 30K I think the one only has about 7000km on it.,

There is an sls engine for $9900 but it has a damaged connecting rod they say it can be repaired and sold for 15K

I need to sell mine first.

I'll pull mine and ship it for $19,000 anywhere in the states.
MHP heads and cams were more than half that. Dyno'd 520RWHP.

I am taking a new direction but I'll advise when it gets a little further down the road.
