IS THIS A GOOD DEAL???????
NEW 2013 C63 Coupe
Polar White/Black
+Premium Package
+AMG Performance Package (includes LSD in Canada)
+Carbon Fiber Mirror Covers
+19 inch multi-spoke alloy wheels
+Carbon Fiber interior thing
Car Original Price: $82,297
Discount: 6,500+4,200
My Price: $71,648
4 Year lease, 18,000km/year 2.90%
Due On Delivery: $10,000
Payment: $925.00
My thought is that at any time I can put this on LeaseBusters and the low payment will be a huge plus for people who want to drive this car but can't afford 1,200+ a month. So if worse comes to worse and say I lost my job (unlikely) I could get out of it fairly easy. Likely losing a portion of my deposit but what else is knew, I'd lose money on a car. Duh.

my wife bananas! :D
On a phone atm..hate typing on it. just wanted to say nice monthly.. Is that tax in? but why 4 yrs? I have that on my wifes glk and i will never do that again

10K due at signing and a $976/mo payment... doesn't sound good. Over 4 years, you are paying approx. $56.8K of a car that you bought for $71+Tax and dues. The payoff must be really low.

I'm going to keep it for 1-2 years, then put it on LeaseBusters. Yes, I put 10k down, but I can get some of that back when I put it on LeaseBusters.
If someone told you, you can have a c63 for 976/month with 3,500 down in a year or two. You'd be all over it. Most c63s are like 1,200+ easy. The car will still have warranty too with lease protection.

you don't stay in the lease for 4 years. You trade it in at 3.5 years, or earlier.

I never got the point of leasing/financing...I own my own business and I wouldn't lease (even though you can write some of it off)..it just seems like such a waste of $$...I mean it kind of is..your just throwing $$ into the pisser really. I'd say just buy it right out 100% and then you don't have another bill every month. That's just my 2 cents though..I pefer being liquid..to many bills as is

I don't plan on keeping it for the full 4 years.

jrcart, give him the benefit of the doubt. New forum member. Maybe he wants to lease with a good price and spend some extra money to convert to BS without paying 120k+for a BS. Plus some are hard to find in certain colors you want. Not everyone is baller like you. I'm not getting on your case. I admire your stable and your mods, and you as a person.
p.s. baller joke is just a joke. Don't flame me

Has nothing to do with being a baller, it has to do with common sense....he can find a used less than 5,000 mile non-aero pkg C63 BS for under $95K, he is going to pay $73k for a standard C63 coupe and then dump another $15-$20k into it to make it look like a BS? Makes no sense whatsoever .

A brand new non aero pkg 2012 C BS listed for just $105k. Most of the used ones out there right now are listed for $105-$109K but they are not selling for that, there are a few greedy dealers that think they can get that but the truth of the matter is most of the non-aero pkg cars that have sold recently have all gone for under $100k. A guy I know purchased a black 2012 non-aero pkg BS with 2,800 miles on it from Fletcher Jones Chicago about a month ago for $96k. The aero pkg cars are the more desirable, they are selling for MSPR or higher right now.

It does NOT cost 20k. Even if it did I'd still be under what a new black series would cost. My c63 is new. The kit costs 5,000ish. I also have a body shop and father in law that does high end body work. It'd be free and a project of ours if I decided not to get it done in Chicago by the seller. As of right now, there are no c63 black series available through ontario mercedes dealers. Should I just sit on my hands and wait like a good boy because you say so?
You speak of common sense but you seem to lack it.
And yes, the huge wing is ugly. That's what the majority of people say too, probably because it's true.
PS: I'll spend my money how, when, and where I want. It's common sense -that how I do that is none of your concern. My thread topic didn't say SEEKING FINANCIAL GUIDANCE REGARDING BODY KIT FROM RANDOM UPTIGHT BLACK SERIES OWNER.
people on these forums are sometimes so silly. you are this concerned over what I do, jeeze, do you do this with every person you see and meet.. Man you must have a lot of worries !

Body kit is 5,000ish. Install could be free.

Asking a simple question, having a douche bag baby reply crying, then owning him while laughing is far from 'pot kettle black'.
PS: The car I bought is actually the exact same as yours. That sickens me.. I might give it back. hmm....
I wanted this but it sold 1 day before I got to it.
