Velos Wheels not delivered: help me!
Hello Guys,
Do any of you have experience with the company Velos Wheels in Miami?
I ordered Velos Wheels VII for my project C63 and make the payment 10 days ago.
They said they have the wheels in stock and will ship to Holland if they have received the payment.
They told me I will received it this week.
But since they have received my payment, they don't contact me anymore, no replies to my email and don't pick up the phone anymore.
Have anyone contact with them?
Please help me, my car is almost ready but I have no wheels.

Andrew- Did they provide shipping (tracking) information? Also, as a reminder it is ThanksGiving Day in the US. Some folks start the holiday early as of Monday. Not speaking for Velos in this situation. Try contacting them again on Friday. Black Friday as they call it the day after Thanksgiving. I would call them and Facebook them too. Best of luck and I hope Velos steps up and makes it good for you. Let us know how it works out.

They only said they will ship as soon as possible and that was last Thursday.
I called them many times also leave some messages at Facebook but still no response….

That was their last message.
The customer service was bad at all, they never reply my emails anymore, so I hope they don't f*ck me….byebye to my $4465,-.

Andrew- give them another shout on Friday. Check your junk mail folder too. I had a reply from Eurocharged that went to junk folder. I really hope it works out. Velos should know you have a big voice on the MB forum...

I hope they don't screw me, they promised as long as I made the payment asap, they will ship it to Holland asap.
They never give me the tracking code, so I hope it is on the way.

Sorry for the confusion. we are more than excited in getting this set to you but please don't think we would ever do such a thing. We are closed for Thanksgiving and through the weekend. The wheels done being built but we had a half day Wednesday which is normal here. We will reopen on Monday. It is a National Holiday here and Omar who you were in contact with is traveling.

Rarely if we have overstock or duplicate a popular set. We have the ability of rushing sets and do so rarely for marketing purposes or for clients who pay rush fees. In this case it was rushed for marketing purposes.

Colin@velos- Glad you stepped up for AndrewC63. Perhaps an immediate communication from Velos would have eased concerns. 4k is not pocket change, so you must understand the consumer perspective and expected reaction. The reason why I buy the wheels was because it was in STOCK…
And Omar promised me he would ship the wheels at Friday last week or at least Monday.
I did not know on Wednesday Velos work half-day and Omar went on Holiday en today it is Thanksgiving.
Perhaps it would be better if Velos just had let me know.

Tomorrow my bodykit is placed! Cannot wait to see it man, I will post updates

OP: I hope you get your wheels soon, why the companies don't just communicate better is way beyond me........how hard is it to communicate these days? yeah; pretty hard with the phones, emails, pm's, texts, smoke signals, ESP......

It was obvious from Velos thread that the wheels were in stock. That is poor marketing & lame excuse from u guys at Velos. I'm sorry Colin, but using the thanksgiving holidays is no excuse. With all the technologies we have these days, it only takes a minute to reply to a customer who paid u 4k$+ .

That's why I made the payment as soon as possible.
Besides that, I had 4 friends who want the same wheels but after they heard about it, they buy their wheels at Adv.
Velos could sold more wheels….

Eventually people will start to learn that you need to either deal with legit wheel brands (HRE, BBS, Volk) or to expect these sorts of gong shows. Based on that Velos post I'd assume these were in stock as well although they do use the vague term 'just about ready to go' so it is unclear.
