when I got my spoiler from Mode Carbon, those guys took real care in packing the thing. Took me a while just to through all the packaging to check the spoiler lol.

My body shop actually spent quite some time going thru the packaging.
Impressed. Pricey, yes. Impressive, Hell Yes.

Dude take it up with the vendor your purchased from, not on a public forum. I am sure it will get replaced. It happens, I had one from eBay delivered damaged and was sent a new replacement. (Which I busted parking and didn't feel so bad!)

Yea just kind of makes the vendor look bad, no offense to you just my opinion. Mine came from Asia somewhere as well. I didn't name the vendor, just what happened. It was a combination of shipping and build quality. Cheap knock off parts break the same as expensive ones.

It happens. One time I had to replace my front lip, it arrived cracked. It seems to be an acceptable risk some companies take to minimize shipping weight and materials. No big deal, Vorsteiner sent another one.

yzhou, it is poor form to make a thread like this. If you contacted the vendor and he didn't respond or was unwilling to make things right, I can understand you making a post like this. But you didn't. So all this looks like is vendor bashing.
