Good buy??? Need help
Ok I'm going strong here lately with the "what should I do" posts. Just checked out the car earlier today and it is CLEAN. Slight curb rash on one side, other then that the car seemed spotless.
Here's the ad, it's priced high... I need opinions good and bad. I'm laying for Mercedes to do a rundown on it tomorrow.

Doesn't look like it has "every" option available. You can use the VIN and check it with EPC if you want 
It appears that it does not have Distronic Plus from the pictures but from what I an see it may have all of the other options available.

Any problems that may occur will still be under warranty for up to 4 years 50,000 miles from original date of purchase.
Personally, I think it is about priced about 8 to 10 thousand dollars too high for a 2012. Doing a search of the VIN I see it was for sale in Virginia with a little over 9,000 miles on it. Is it a two owner car?
I just purchased a C63 AMG Coupe and was doing a ton of research before I purchased one. I was looking at 2013 models with the same options as the one you are looking at and they are going for about $65,000 to $68,000 fully loaded.
I ended up with a 2014 507 Coupe, not sure how that happened but I think it was my wife's fault
No one on here can tell you if it is a good price to pay or not. It is priced a bit too high, but if it is the exact color combo with the exact options you are looking for and near where you live, then it may be worth it to pay a bit extra for it. It is your money and only you can decide
If this guy is the second owner then try to talk him down a bit and then take the car if it is what you really want. It does need tires and an alignment so that is an additional cost as well.

Issues in the inspection about the rear-view camera not communicating with COMMAND and the steering wheel adjustment not working are bothersome, but should be covered by warranty. Price looks too high - will pm a note on it.

Those look like stored codes so it's likely just a record of a one time malfunction.
Price needs to come down IMO

Ok guys I need opinions again.. Went to look at the car again, I feel like the back bumper color is off. It's got a clean car fax but obviously there's ways around that... Here's some pics, opinions appreciated, is this common or does it look like a replacement

It might just be the lighting, it is hard to tell from the pics, but yeah, the rear bumper looks a little off. That does not necessarily mean it was in an accident. The previous owner could have had an aftermarket bumper and stored the stock one, and then put it back on when they sold it. That would result in different wear patterns on the paint job.
Just an option, I could probably come up with a dozen more that did not involve an accident, but it would be speculation.
And yes, it could have been an accident. Paying cash for a repair to a body shop, and there is a good chance it won't end up in carfax. There are no laws requiring them to report it, and in many cases it is the Insurance company doing to the reporting.

Do the tail pipes line up? Do they stick out evenly on each side? I can't tell from your pictures, but sometimes that will give you an indication on whether the rear end got knocked or if the owner backed into something. Also, check the diffuser for scratches or broken tabs.

Price for 2015 coupe will be announced in a few weeks. I have a 507 being built. Can't say for sure, but there might be a price cut (or options included without charge). Getting one now runs a risk of instant depreciation.
