There are 2 types of M156 C63 purge valves, depend of the Vin #;

1) 000 470 88 93

You should register with EPC-net Online. It is free for anyone who lives in the USA (Not sure where you live since you have not filled out your profile)

It allows you to look up parts for your vehicle using your VIN to assure you get the correct parts

When I hear PCV I think Positive Crankcase Ventilation. Is that what you are talking about?
Or simply the purge valve as shown on the pictures above?

actually i stand corrected, i meant to ask for a pcv valve (positive crankcase ventiliation), not a purge control valve. mixed the too up

does anyone have the part number?

I had the same code ... no changes in how it drives tho so holding off on the install. I heard its a PITA.
