Definitely transfer that warranty, but that is just for the headbolt issue that car can be prone to.
Otherwise, looks like the owner really took car of it, seems fairly priced to start.

Saw that car on ebay once. Looks clean.
Keep the extended warranty.
These are pretty rock solid if maintained properly. I traded my 09 sedan with 82k miles on it and it could go past 100k miles and more.
Within 3 years you would want to do yearly oil change or every 5000 miles. MB charges $180 for a basic service. Could reach $400 if you ask them to do service B which includes more checks like filters, fluids and such. The good news is you can DIY for cheaper. Just find the parts needed.
Brakes are easy DIY as well.
Price wise that car is a bit high being a pre-facelift model. You could get a 2012 MY with 30k miles for $45k or so. GL

It certainly looks clean, and having the p31 package on a 2010 doesn't seem all that common. It's got extended warranty that you don't have to pay for and already has lowering springs, wheels and carbon fiber bits.
I say go for it...BUT search a little and see where prices are in your area on FL models. The prices have really come down on those and MAYBE you can find a similar FL model for mid 40s if thats within budget.
In hindsight though I love my car I wish I would have sat back and saved more for a month or two and found a FL model.

Also one question for you C63 guys - how do you feel about the shifting? I am a longtime manual transmission purist but enjoy, for example, the PDK system on a 911. I know the C doesn't have dual clutch...is it noticeably laggy when you're doing some spirited driving?
shifting via paddle shifters is fine for me, note that the facelift 2012+ models have a better transmission which is quicker and adds a S+ mode and launch mode.

Very nice car, subtle mods and very classy wheels.
I think it doesn't have xenon lights (lighting package) which would be a deal-breaker for me.

Do the Xenon lights make a big difference, yes. Do I like the other options that correlate with them, yes.
Do they may matter to you is the real question. I also prefer the look of the black housings that the bi-xenons come in over the chrome housings that the non xenons like this car is equipped with

So the xenon lights are included in the P2 package which also includes corner illumination, power rear sunshade, and headlamp washing system.
