I was wondering if any one had an idea how much it would be to re-paint my front bumper?

Obviously depends on the shop but my guess is $500-700 for a quality job.

Due too a piece of metal striking my bumper not 2 days after buying my C63, I had to have it replaced. $900 for the paintwork.

This is from Maranello's in Calgary.

My insurance paid $1200 (CAD) to repaint my front bumper. Mind you it was by an official MB dealer and my paint is Diamond White, which is apparently more complicated (?).

That's about what I paid for a complete repaint with no pre-existing damage prior to a custom clear bra application. IIRC most people have quoted a lower figure here. My shop's labor rate is at the very high end though...much higher than insurance companies will pay for shops in their area.

no more than 600. seriously.

i wouldn't charge any of my customers more than that to shoot a c63 bumper. They might as well buy a new bumper if that is the case.

Anything over 700 is a travesty and that shop should be dam well ashamed. I'm in the business to make money, but not rob people. Holy hell. End rant.

With paintwork you often get what you pay for. My co worker had his X5M bumper repainted twice because destinctive kept getting dust and debris in the paint.

Maranello's was a one time 100% perfect, quick and painless experience. No bra included however, we deal with that ourselves with Xpel Ultimate.

Screamin paintworks is good here too, though they aren't the best at adhering to deadlines.

Sole, keep in mind different regions have different pricing. Here any auto work is more expensive them most.
