Transmission problems
i go to the track with my C63 and have transmission problems since last year.
In Sport and Sport+ the Trani over heats and the car goes into a Limb mode.
The car was in the shop 8 times and the dealer couldn't fix it.
It there anybody else who has that problem?

What makes you so sure it's the tranny putting you into limp mode?

Yeah, so your oil temps are causing it, not your tranny.
So, here you go: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...oming-c63.html
You can get an oil cooling upgrade from the dealer. This is a known issue for people who track their car.

^ Exactly. You're running higher RPM gear changes in S+ mode, plus your car is downshifting more aggressively. Technically it's your engine oil temp, which is caused by your transmission mode selection. It's not a transmission problem.
See the thread "Keeping Your Cool!" For a solution to this on track. I have never seen limp mode.

Have you looked into adding a bigger transmission cooler?
What kind of track use, road course or drag racing?
Edit, took too long to reply lol
Any aftermarket oil cooler could be used to help out in that case, but if there's a factory solution that would be preferred.

The 2014 C63 507 has a added Transmission cooler and has no problems on the track.
MB Canada has now a upgrade for my car from the racing series, but since I'm driving on the track??? The issue is who is paying?
I'm driving on Mosport in Ontario, Canada.

I didn't think the 507 received a different cooler. Where did you see that information.
Take a look at the thread BKLROKT suggested. It's a great solution.
