C63 does not spin into 2nd or even chirp the tires...?
I just recently purchased a 2013 C63 sedan w/ MCT. I had an E60 M5 with the SMG tranny and it would get sideways shifting into 2nd and 3rd and chirp 4th gear. I added a Eurcharged tune to the C63 a couple of days ago yet the car even with somewhat skinny 255's will not chirp into 2nd gear or spin the tires... I kinda miss that feeling. Is it the MCT is not aggressive enough?

Reset the adaptive transmission if you haven't already and see if that helps. Also assuming you're driving in S+ or M mode.
Hey fellow Aussie. The procedure to reset the ECU is as follows;
1. Turn the igniiton key to the "on" position which is just before you crank the engine to start.
2. Press the accelerator to the floor and hold for 5 seconds.
3. Then turn the key to the off position but do not remove the key, then release the accelerator.
4. Wait at least 2 minutes, the ECU is then reset.
5. ECU is now reset and you are ready to get new rear tyres.
The ECU rest procedure only erases the adaptive transmission and throttle settings. It does not erase any of the fuel, timing or other programming.

I did the reset twice now just to make sure. And I hope it is clear what i am talking about. The tires spin in 1st gear but I upshift to 2nd in M mode and it just changes gear and doesnt chirp or spin nothing.

Your not in sport mode for traction right ?
You are holding the traction button until
"Traction off" appears in the display ?

Not trying to impress or be like a Honda.. I have always had manual cars and if you have enough power it is fun every now and then to short shift into 2nd and the tires let loose and you can play with the back end a little. Just for fun. I know traction is good but some times being able to have a car snap loose can be exciting.

Turn the wheel, have traction control off...your tires will break loose, then you can hit a pole.
Your car may also have a LSD which would make it harder to chirp the tires. You could always rev a bit higher in 3rd or 2nd then downshift, this would probably work...just seems like unnecessary abuse. Nothing wrong with testing the car either, just don't be a douche to it.

Here you go. This guy liked grabbing 2nd too.

Mine doesn't grab second, it just obliterates the tires into third. I have no idea why yours is ******* that hard. Does the old slush box hit harder then the much faster MCT?

I couldn't spin the tires in 2nd gear in a straight line either with any of my C63s including the BS. But that's because I live up in the mountains at 3700ft and lose around 20% of my power.
At sea level, no problems spinning the tires for no reason haha.

I was looking at your speedo/tach clip. 5 seconds 20-60 seems much slower than mine, but I don't normally get any spin going into second. Do you? If yes, what kind of tires are you running?
