Weistec Stage III SC. Stock Engine Internals goes 10.22.
Last night I went out with a new setup. Upgraded from the Stage 2 to the Stage 3 and a built transmission. Being in Australia it was a pain to send the tranny to Weistec to get it built, so once they released the kit to do it here I had to jump on it.
Happy with the results is an understatement, the car has been transformed once again, and is brutal, frying tyres at all speeds.
The car went 10.22 @ 137mph for it best run, but it also went 139mph in a 10.26 run, which means there is probably a little more in it.
Also to show how consistent the setup is, the car went 10.22 @ 137mph, 10.24 @ 136.9mph and 10.26 @ 139mph.
The mods on the car are:
- Weistec Stage 3 Supercharger with 67mm pulley (Standard boost, not 14, 16 or 18psi)
- Stock Engine, this cars has not have the head studs, bolts, pistons, rods, nothing
- Weistec Built Transmission
- International Autohaus Headers - alot of R&D has done into building the perfect headers for RHD cars.
- Mix of MS109 and pump fuel
- Full weight, in street trim
This car was driven to and from the track.
Big thanks to Allen @ International Autohas in Sydney, he has put a lot of time into getting this car to where it is, noone else is as dedicated as he is. If you are in Australia and need some work today, Allen is the man to see.
Not sure if this is a record of any sort, but it is by far the fastest C63 in Australia.
Here is the video and time slips.

I honestly didn't expect that time. I was expecting a 10.30-10.35 based on my estimations on power improvement, and I didn't expect to see 139mph. I thought it might hit 135-136mph. It is definitely running stronger than I thought, and at 139mph, it should see a 10.1x as it is.
Hopefully go out again in a few weeks and better it.
The 60ft is still 1.6x so might be time to find a better wheel and tyre combo.

I am thinking about trying different tyres before I try a different pulley. It is a stock engine, last thing I want to do is blow a piston chasing a 9. I am still 2.5/10ths off. If I can get it to the low 10.1x then I might try the pulley.
