Anyone mount a BS wing on their 507?

Correction: according to an online article these SA models were 457hp, not the 507, but with all the same styling features. The interior plaque was also different. Anyway, done by the factory so I can't consider it an illegitimate mod (LOL, wouldn't accept b*stard).

It's an obvious marketing ploy to sell off remaining inventory...

ZephyrAMG, your comments remind me of another "legacy" or run-out model that M-B produced which today have huge collector value. I'm thinking of the 1995 E500 Limited and spin-off E60 Limited, which can bring double the price of their siblings with no additional performance content! Numbers certainly count in the value equation; only about 950 standard E500 Limiteds and 150 AMG E60 Limiteds were produced. This should bode well for the 10 South African Legacy cars (although a shame they weren't 507s). Does anyone know of other examples?

For the questions on the BS wing earlier on,no the rear boot stays open even with the rear spoiler and the rear spoiler has 2 different manual settings which can be adjusted (0 lift and 4 degree slight tilt if im not wrong)
It's rather pleasing to the eye though the wing.
