I have know about this for quite some time but figured what better time than now to bring it to the masses. I've been telling everyone for years this guy was shady.

Do you guys think MHP will go under? Was he an owner? Or was this someone that worked there?
I'm just getting into the C63 world , I can't have all these header companies getting into trouble!

wow, i had no idea. i just had a set of mhp/arh headers delivered this week. googled the guy and most of the articles i see about issues with him or the company are from 2013. but he's seems to be the owner/ceo
none of the posts i saw about mhp in 2015 had any issues with them as far as acquiring headers go. it could be that arh is doing all the real work for them and they are just collecting the cash. i dont feel great having given them my money now but the product is in my hand and i'll know in about a months time that there are no issues. and I dont expect there to be based on other members who have gotten headers through them

He sold weed? Who cares. I am positive there is lots of guys on here that have done that or worse. When the C63 came out, he was one of the first guys modding and pushing the platform.

I'm no legal scholar, but felony drug trafficking is a little more than just selling weed

I am by no means defending the guy or anything, was just curious as to the degree of his violation. Sounds like it was just a small amount. Maybe he just partakes in recreational use? I dunno. I was expecting it to reveal that he was trafficking tons of it, but looks like a 5th degree felony is pretty small. lol
But here is what I found...
Q: What are the potential prison sentences for a person convicted of drug trafficking?
A: The potential sentences for drug trafficking depend on the type of drug and the amount of the drug. For example, trafficking a small amount of marijuana is a fifth degree felony, punishable by six months to 12 months in prison, whereas trafficking 27 grams or more of cocaine is a first-degree felony punishable by three to 11 years in prison. In some instances, a prison sentence is mandatory.
Q: What, exactly, is drug trafficking?
A: Drug trafficking is knowingly selling or offering to sell a controlled substance or a controlled substance analog. A person also commits the offense of drug trafficking by shipping, transporting, delivering, or preparing a controlled substance (or controlled substance analog) for shipment/transportation/delivery when the person has reason to believe the recipient intends to sell the controlled substance.

I'm not against this guy at all, I have no horse in the race. I was just saying that I don't think these are the kind of charges you get hit with for carrying a baggie of weed in your car to your friends house. And pair that with his alleged 'business practices' of the past, and it may paint a distressing picture. But what do I know, I know nothing, I was just saying.
