The problem has always been F14s which have a long online history of failure.Clearly a basic design flaw in them.
Other Forgestars such as the CF10 have a safe history and offer bang for buck (and perhaps some stuffing around by Forgestar).
Seriously doubt there are any Forgestar lovers out there. More those of us who are not haters.

I'll probably still go with a set of either f14's or cf10's when I get bored with my stock 19's, but again I don't track the car.
Unless I can get a good deal on a set of used 3 piece wheels

Man, and driving an S2k, the dude has so many wheel choices available from proven companies with racing heritage and a ton of R&D behind them. Not saying quality wheels won't break but the chances are slimmer. Well at least he's a good sport about it.

Engineers & physics pros - why did these get cracks on the INNER face of the spokes? Load from cornering is much higher on the two outside wheels than the two inside wheels, and the cornering load on the outside wheels seems like it would be tension on the outer face of the spoke and compression on the inner face. I would have expected cracks to show up on the outer face where the load is tension.

This was an issue with the F14 model only, it's been well documented in the BMW forums as well. I'm surprised it's an ongoing issue, I thought they would have resolved the design issue by now.

It's always the same with wheel companies.
There are a few companies who spend millions of dollars on R&D.
and the rest let you be their "test dummies"
Personally, if the wheel company has no racing history. It's just overpriced garbage.
