Anyone who comes on here and sells a copy of another sponsors products, is literally at the bottom of the barrel. Auto Talent is not man enough to have a phone conversation about this. It would be one thing if Auto Talent didn't know who we were, but he reached out to me to become a dealer. So its clear the the did.
The only thing that is settled is I paid a lot of money to higher a IP attorney and Auto Talent will be one of the first companies to find out the name of the law firm.

They sell Akrapovic and FI. You don't see Akrapovic *****ting on threads.
FI got their start by selling products closely resembling Akrapovic.
Hell, even their logo is a direct rip off.
Going after the dealer is not the way to win this battle.

Every piece of carbon fiber sold on here is a copy of a copy of a copy. MBH, you are coming off as whiny and annoying and only making yourself look bad. I almost want to buy some FI headers just to **** you off. You are kind of like the Sebatian Vettel of this forum...except that I find Vettel actually entertaininng. Stop whining and handle your stuff professionally.

You are essentially agreeing that we as a consumer can obtain a product similar to yours for 35+ % cheaper.
Sell your product, if its quality - people will pay for it and pay the premium. But by you saying this is a copy of your design, your selling your-self short.
You have years of design experience on the M156, that should sell itself. People (myself included) see value in that.
Take it easy, empty threats make no sense.
Shoulg Agency power be upset that IPE and Friederich copied there header design? Heck I'm pretty sure they all come from the same factory with different branding.

Wow MBH, cant seem to settle this like adults and do it out of the public eyes? Kinda dissapointing to see that your company needs to cry and cry in a crowded mall that the kid over there stole your toy. You have legal reach like you said in your last thread right? WTF happened to it? Settle it off the forums like a professional company should. Hell, the "Fake stolen company" AutoTalent is handling it like a professional company. Stop making yourself look dumb. I called Golan and was super polite. I was about 5 words in and he hung up on me. I sent him a bunch of PMs and got nothing back. I even made an offer that was extremely reasonable. That fell of deaf ears too. I told Golan and Auto Talent what would happen if I didnt hear from them. Well it's happening. It's extremely unfortunate that it has come to this. If you think having it come tho this is what I want, youre crazy. However I have little choice.
