Found the rest stop from the pics. Looks like They were nabbed in Barrie. Probably not a crazy amount of traffic on the 400 up there but they would have ended up in it if they kept going...

Haha I was just on the 400 yesterday. Its hard to find a spot even to go faster than speed limit with the amount of traffic in the GTA now. But further up north towards Barrie I could see it.

It looks like the driving took place well before Barrie. If people are calling in, and police have time to set up a rolling road block, these boys had plenty of time to have their fun.

With the avail of tracks, DE's, and AX events.... there is no good reason to do this.
