Another quick thing you can do to check is park your car on level ground, open the hood, and check how level the engine is. Before changing the mount the passenger side of the engine sat noticeably lower that the driver, maybe half an inch. After replacement the passenger is just slightly higher than the drivers side. (You can also check this at the oil pan and compare it to side to side with the crossmember; it'll be obvious if one side is sitting substantially lower.)
I have vibration in gas pedal when I do not fast drive 70-110 km. Vibration only in pedal.

I used to feel vibration in my floor when driving at 70MPH+ (~110Kph). I replaced my engine mounts as well as trans mount two days ago and the issue seems to be gone... Just know that swapping engine mounts is actually a really frustrating job. I had the 16mm offset tool, and it still took me about 2 hours just to properly loosen the drivers side bolt. Passenger was much easier, but still not a fun task. It can be done however so best of luck!

According to the Star Certified Warranty (Canada) document I got with our 2017 GLS under Engine: hydraulic engine mounts are covered. No mention of the transmission mount being covered.

I swapped out all, engine and trans mounts.
There is a strange vibration around 60-70kms/h (30-40mph roughly) that feels like you're revving too high, but the RPM is 1200. It's hard to explain it, but it is there.
I don't even notice the extra vibration anymore, it's slight but only if you're looking for it.

1200? that seems low. You may be feeling some powertrain resonance because you are loading the engine at such a low RPM. There is a process for removing the tension from the powertrain mountings that may help, but it may be normal.
