Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the bolts for the cat/exhaust manifold flange and the bolt and barrel nuts for the other end at resonators? Tried the usual part sites but can't find them.

I am not sure from your description but it sounds a bit like you are looking for the bolts for the 3 clamps that hold the secondary cat's in, if so they are not sold separately, you have to buy the clamps (20 each) or go to the hardware store and find something better than the ones that mercedes used that rust solid in a year (even though the clamp is stainless)

I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to but the part number for the nut on the exhaust manifold is A0029901554:

Looks like the stud is detail "100" on the attached.
