Front Rotors Warped

It is really hard to warp the brakes on these cars, they are so large and heavy and oversized and almost no one ever mentions it on the forum. As above, really takes hot rotors and cold water to do it.
When you say warped, is it pedal pulsing and is the dealer measuring run out on the car and determining they have excessive runout?
One of the only other things I have seen that can cause a warp was significantly over torque wheel lugs and that would probably only affect the one piece rotors but worth a check in case they are just putting them on with the air gun to 250 ft lbs or something crazy. After that I would think the dealer would start looking at calipers as something is causing an issue and it isn't 4 sets of defective disks.
Take your car out on an empty road and do a pad bed in.

One reason to get warped discs is hot and into water and stopping before the heat is spread evenly again, but there are one another way also.
Not cleaning the surfaces the disc is mounted on, and the surface that meets the disc on the rim.
I tried to change pads and cleaning it, but it was to late, new discs was the thing.
And the old ones weren´t actually old, been on the car for a months he said.
Measured them for fun with a micrometer, they were within 0.01mm difference in thickness all around.
And when measuring with a dial indicator the had 0.2mm runout.
So warped they were!
New discs and proper bedding of the pads, no more problem =)
