Love the setup tho, looks very similar to the AMG Performance Media option.
OBDLink MX here and RaceChrono Pro since I datalog with a GPS device as well.

With 6 displays (Engine oil temp not configured) how do you have them split between fast and slow channels?

Got it out of the back of the garage and spent the day detailing the c63. I think it came out really nice. I’m getting too old for this, I ache all over, but enjoy the the process and the results. It will be at the Ponte Vedra Auto Show on next Sunday the 12th. Yes it still has the plastic on the drivers seat.

So what size did you go with? I’m assuming you went down in diameter to run proper drag radials.

I went with 18's and going to run a 305 MT Street R. I was originally going to do a 17" but the tire selection is very limited, they're either too tall or too narrow.

Should look very similar to this setup with the 18's.

Yeah I used to run 305/45/17 on beadlocks on my Camaro but that wasn’t enough for my power level unfortunately. Just went to 325/50/15 for drag strip use this past year. But, yeah, it’s a gigantic tire lol…

In any event, your new wheels look great. Good luck with them!

I installed an Ultra Racing engine strut bar. Once it arrived, I powder coated it black and added the M156 lettering.

No this is completely custom. I cut 2 soft trans line sections and converted to -8 AN to plumb the new cooler.

I used the same CSF cooler to replace the small engine old cooler as well. Same concept by converting soft line sections. I believe those lines were -10.

Swapped out the VRP engine mounts with Creative Steel mounts. After 2 years the polyurethane started to melt with the excessive heat of the long tube headers. I'm going to rebuild them with the updated polyurethane inserts and keep them as spares.

So far very impressed with the build quality of the Creative Steel mounts, they're more compact and a bit easier to install. We'll see how they hold up to the heat.

Out of curiosity, are your long tube headers ceramic coated?

They're not coated, the poly inserts on the VRP mounts are the softer first generation they offered. I believe they offer some high heat rating inserts now so gonna rebuild them with those. Want to test out the Creative Steel ones first to see how they hold up.

‘If you ever pull your long tubes I’d suggest getting them coated. Definitely helps keep heat out of the engine bay. 👍
