I know some of us are bummed that the Black Forge 19s are unavailable with the MY2015. I confess that they were part of the total package that swayed my decision to place an order -- so now I'm looking for a suitable substitute. The optioned wheels from MB cost $2,450 while after market wheels can go waaaaaay further north of that price.

I found what I think might work but want to see if anyone else found a suitable substitute. I believe these wheels are competitively priced near the MB black forged.

Which model are you getting? Wheel cost for a C63 is $2450 and for a C63s is $1750.

The wheels I'm getting are competition wheels butttttt I think I might know a substitute for you. Do NOT get forgestars. I had two sets on my BMW and both bent smh lol

Have you had HREs before? They are replacing the P40 series. That series at around 4500+ retail lol I had P43S and paid 4400 cause I was good friends with a shop owner.

I'm getting the C63 S model. Yeah, I looked at that line up and its pretty impressive. I didn't price it out but did look at a few other vendors and they came in right around or near $5000 -- which is a bit outside my range for wheels.

Yeah, that is totally my fear -- low price equals low quality. I know I'll get quality wheels at around $4000 and up. I guess the next question how is MB able to give us quality wheels at that low price?

Don't forget that is $1750 on top of the stock ones. Call their service dept and see how much a stock C63s replacement wheel costs.

Have you checked out Klassen? Quality is on par with HRE. After doing research their customer service is really great too.
