A little backstory on the reason I ask: I called my dealership's Part Dept. and they tried to tell me the price was $38.xx. When I told them about your purchase for $26.45 and asked if he could give it to me at cost, he said "that price I quoted you IS at cost, and all Mercedes dealerships around the country have the same price." I then said, "well how am I actually looking at a gentleman's invoice and it says otherwise?" He then proceeded with mumbo jumbo about "well he must have purchased it a long time ago, because we just had an inventory price increase at the beginning of the year and they'll probably do random price increases throughout the year."
Which is funny, because it contradicts his whole story: IF there was in fact 'said price increase', and you still managed to get yours for lower than their "cost price", then they must be gouging the hell out of prices and telling customers otherwise!

Void the warranty? Very funny! Prices do not include shipping it will be calculated in the cart by your zip code. Usually it's 10-13 for Fedex 2nd day air. We have 3 left

I got it at their cost because I am friends with the parts guy, unless you know a guy they will not give it to you at no profit and wasting their time. Retail is $60 so $38 is a fair discount for something so cheap and new.

Sucks that MBPartsFactory is sold out, but also kinda glad I was patient and waited---all worked out for me in the end. Ordered mine from the dealership on Thursday expecting a 6 week backorder, but to my surprise Parts Dept. called this morning and said it was in. They are charging a little over $38 plus I'll apply my discount; so I saved myself a few bucks.
