Yeah, the distribution center manager is who my sales manager talked to. Those are basically the same pictures I went with. You are right, I think until we see a US spec with all three options nobody knows for sure. I also can't help the feeling that the distribution managers don't really know for sure, either. These pictures are obviously EU spec cars, so that doesn't mean this is what US spec cars will be like. I'm still debating if I should take the risk and just add the packages back and then go after MB if the car doesn't come with all the advertised pieces in carbon fiber. I do have some time to make changes to my order, so hopefully there's some better information coming.
I think I am adding the aero and if pieces don’t come in carbon like main builk of the rear diffuser and the rear spoiler I’ll go after Mercedes also to recoup funds or get the pieces in carbon that were said to be..

I just sent the pics to my sales manager and have them do some more digging. Quite frustrating not being able to trust the information. The only thing we kinda have to go on is the German configurator which tipped me of first. Even though the detail could be better, you can clearly see that w/o Aero the rear apron and spoiler are carbon fiber, but as soon as you add the Aero package they definitely look gloss black. The side sill inserts, though are clearly carbon fiber either way, but who knows if their configurator just has the wrong graphics.

Yup, I placed the order way back in March when it was the still the 2018 build guide, so there's some legacy stuff in there. All good as long as all my options are correct, which they are
No charge for the AMG exhaust in that build? Curious that it does not appear to be $1,250? I ask, because I have a car on order and my dealer could not find that code in the build computer. They said maybe it was included as standard on the 2019 C63S, but I doubt that given how the rest of the AMG models are optioned? Or they thought maybe it wasn't available at this time, but I doubt that too given that the motor is the same / a straight carry-over? Anybody know anything? Thanks.

Didn't even notice that, maybe it's standard on the C63s coupes now? I asked my dealer, they're going to double check tomm and let me know.

The AMG Performance exhaust is standard now on the C63/S. It's optional on the C43.
Spoke with dealer, my Sedan is being released from Georgia on December 10, should arrive at dealership within a week after that. I've never been so impatient in all my life.

Whoot! Just got my order confirmed by Mercedes-Benz European Delivery for a May 6th delivery, AMG factory tour, museum etc. Some paperwork is still to be done, but the long wait is officially on. Still sorting out the whole Aero & CF packages situation, but the order is currently in the system w/o the CF packages and I'm warming up to the gloss black. The almost $5k I'm saving would pay for the gas and then some, so there is an upside I guess .

mine shows it with u78 and no price as of a week or two ago when I added the cf mirror spoiler package. And my spec is loaded.. just no aero... yet.. still thinking on that and I did not get ceramic brakes so my build sheet is pretty loaded.

Yes, that's correct. I pointed this out to the first dealer I was working with and he assured me there is no U78 in the system for the C63/S that he could check. I think it's just part of the drivetrain now. I was going to confirm this again with my current dealer, though, so thank you for reminding. I will update here if I find out anything different. The order system seems rather strange, because there are some no cost standard options that have to be checked or otherwise the system complaints. Those are things like Live Traffic, Extended Restart in Stop&Go Traffic, AMG Track Pace etc. Those are all standard, but for some reason the system requires them to be selected. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for it.

I actually just noticed that it shows on the order confirmation I got today from MB European Delivery. It wasn't showing on the build printout the dealer sent me yesterday.

Check under Options list? I thought mine was missing too since it wasn’t under Standard. Found it under Options with no price listed.

That’s a little scary because my car is that exact build. Blue, no night package, standard wheels. I hope that’s not NY.

My fathers 2019 s63 4matic just got delivered to the dealer a few weeks ago...it was sitting at the port in Baltimore waiting for Mercedes to release the 2019 since mid August...well I am finally taking him to go get it Saturday.. he ordered it in March or April. It came in with $3500-4K in undercarriage damage and a side skirt had to be replaced... It took 2 weeks to fix, mostly waited for parts..frame isn’t bent or anything. They think the guy pulled it off the trailer too fast but they don’t really know how it happened. He told me when a car comes in damaged it’s always the high priced ones. It’s never a base c class. I am keeping my fingers crossed for all of us!!
