Catted DP’s installed on 2020 C63 Coupe

2020 C63S Coupe, 2021 Bmw X5M Competition
The mini cat spacers did the job, I've driven the car over 300 miles over 4-5 separate drive cycles and no CEL. Before the spacers, the CEL came back on after about 50 miles after clearing the CEL.
This is what I ordered, they are smaller spacers than usual but if you have catted downpipes this should be more than enough: http://www.bigdaddiesgarage.com/mini-cat-cel-fix.html
Order x2 of them obviously, one for each post cat sensor.

Installed catted DPs and hell, I am so disappointed with the sound. It is nowhere near my rs6 and pre-facelift C/E63.
Utterly disappointed. Now I have to pay 6000$ to see if full exhaust would fix it. If that is not going to help - this is the first and the last Merc I ever owned.

Mine pops at rev. How many miles on your car? I guess it’s all about perspective. I knew it wouldn’t be as loud as my Shelby GT350 with resonators removed. You gotta really dig into the throttle and Ecu starts learning and pops and cracks gets louder and louder. Mine definitely became more lively after 5k plus miles.

The spacers fit well, the installer said the driver side cat was more difficult cause there was less room because of hosing/wires but they got it to fit on both sides. I'd imagine bigger normal size spacers would've been even more difficult. Order x2 of them obviously, one for each post cat sensor.

That is really strange, I had bmc filters and catted dps installed and my C63s is super aggressive. I'll upload a POV in the next couple days.

I finally just went for it and got Capristo catless DPs, bmc filters, and weistec stg2 tune that are all being done today at Goodspeed Performance in Scottsdale.
Will report back with results. Excited asf!! Lol
My only debate was to get the extra burble or not. Im going with normal at first, then can add later if i want more. Asking weistec if I can just get both files now for cheaper than adding later possibly.
I finally just went for it and got Capristo catless DPs, bmc filters, and weistec stg2 tune that are all being done today at Goodspeed Performance in Scottsdale.

most of us that got check engine from Downpipes are going with these from big daddies garage. 2 guys on here so far have fixed their check engine lights with these and I’m getting my set installed on Wednesday. Having my local shop dynocomp throw them on for me so I can’t really tell you how exactly but they told me it should take less than 1 hour to have them installed so not expensive
