EDIT: I purchased the Car! And my god I love this dang thing! I may have over paid but the market is crazy right now. 56k with all warranties and tire packages and (dent/scratch protection?) maybe I’m a fool for the warranties? But not knowing the full history and what not better safe then sorry eh?
anyone have any idea how to maintain this paints matte finish? Hand washes only? Detailing ok? Wax? Etc.?

Hey Everyone, Been a lurker as of recently as I am in the market for a used C63(W205). Coming from a 400+hp M235i(its for sale atm) I found a 2017 with around 50k miles near me and was wondering what are some things I should be looking out for before purchase? I have discovered the following on it and hope to have the dealer take care of them.
- Sun burn on the back seat leg portion(Florida car originally)
- Slight discoloration from the Sun on left bolster for Passenger seat.
- Mechanically sounds fine? there was a ticking noise upon cold start but it went away after a few min.
- Thigh bolster closest to door on both sides seems to have some creasing(seems normal though?)
It does have another year of certified warranty. And wondering if its worth getting the additional warranty? Also, Its the "Mercedes Matte" Silver. What are everyone's thoughts on this color? LOL
Also wondering what other options its missing? I will look for a build sheet on here at some point.

didn't sound like what was in your post(fortunately). Guess there isn't really anything else I should be looking for? Haven't found anything that plagues these from my brief research like crank hubs and coolant leaks on the M cars. I asked the sales dude if they can repair the seats shown below under the remaining warranty. unsure if they'd be willing to. a bit of a turn off the way they look(damn florida sun).
It's between this and a M4. They want 51k has around 49k miles. These damn things are slim pickings lol. But I think. i've fallen in love. Its not. my favorite color. But everything else is way out of my current price range
Maybe those areas can be massaged out and at least improved with a good leather system like leatherique (rejuv/pristine).
I assume they haven't gotten any type of conditioner since new.
thats my thought as well. But if they will just replace/repair it prior to my purchase why not 😉 it’s not my car “yet” but it’s something I will continue to maintain
In that picture of the back seat with the wrinkles ... I'd be quite worried as there are also wrinkles in the plastic beside the seat. It looks like something serious has gone on here ... carrying something heavy and jammed in ... heat damage ... ??? Whatever it is, I'd be worried that the wrinkles and leather condition are signs that the car has not be well cared for.

Has anyone noticed their Transmission stutter a little(rpm kinda wiggle) during a pull in 4-5-6th? Maybe just tires? It is still chilly here and I don’t think the Contis are that good for cold roads ? It’s hard to reproduce but starting to think I’m over exaggerating
