Are you referring to the AMG mesh grille or the plastic bumper assembly ?

For that kind of coin you must be talking about the bumper cover itself,no? Not just the mesh screen on the bottom.

I just had the mesh center grille replaced on my CL 55, $238 for part, $70 to install. Just for future reference, do not cut two small holes to mount a personalized plate in mesh instead of mounting to bumper....

Get a sl65 bumper then.....I just ordered one for about 1100....and another 200 for the fog lights.

Really ? I thought anything less than a $1000 to get my car back from the dealer was a bargain ! What should the piece have cost ?

I think that I paid ~$200 for the part and it took me about 20 mins to install.

Well... I don't think I consider that a hosing. We have different opinions on what our time is worth, you shouldn't be so quick to judge and so harsh. It was done during routine service, the dealer is entitled to fair compensation.....

The screen can be had for under 200.00 and it takes less than 30 seconds,install.

If you happy,then thats what matters.
