since i have an auto body shop i wanna take advantage and paint my 03 cl55 orange candy and paint the hood and trunk and roof jet black,what you guys think i'm also installing lambo doors as well,please advice me before i do it.

Risky. Color match the calibers, get some blacked out wheels, limo tint your wheels, and every bit of chrome-- get it smoked. Also tinted rear lights. Grill black too. Then MAYBE it will look good... it's a risky one though. As for the Lambo doors, that's trying too hard in my opinion...

Since you have a body shop...it would be great for advertising as long as the work is high end...Otherwise it will be a waste of time and Money and lower the resale value

Looks cool on the Beemer!!! I think the CL is just a real classy car and if you want to change the color do something RICH looking like a dark CANDY red or maroon with matching wheels or black wheels and do the hood and roof in black, that would look real nice. Just my $.02

Dude... no offense intended... but that is hideous.

Try researching some more classic merc colors and then tweak to get a more aggressive look. I like your custom paint plans and that orange on other performance cars, just not that color combo on a CL...

Loose the lambo doors...brings your ride down a level IMHO

If you're going to do orange or tangerine, don't do the black hood/roof. See that old film, "The Driver" for the appropriate way to do orange on a classic Mercedes. It looks great (get black wheels) or see the Cayman S sport edition that's orange from 08, or those insane GT porsches with black wheels and orange paint. It can be done well, but the 55 CL is too narrow and long to have the black panels down its "middle"; the BMW 6 strikes the eye as a much wider car (Senator Craig, you're wanted on Line 3), so the black hood, etc. works better than it would on the CL. Just my 2 cents...
