CL600 Exhaust sound
I was wondering what tweaks are necessary to get that hearty exhaust sound of a V12 machine.
What I have in mind was featured in Quantum of Solace (with an Aston Martin):

Short of getting an Aston Martin, what needs to be done to get this kind of sound on a CL600?

Keep in mind that parts of that he is driving in a tunnel so its louder, when you listen to it when he is not in the tunnel its not that loud.
I would start with removing your mufflers and go from there.

this is an awesome scene, AND the one I watched over and over and over in my car when I first came home with it!!! so ironic!
I have been a huge Bond fan since I was 10! very versed and know the movies very well, one might say I have studied them.....

Great video. I don't think I should be removing any mufflers 
Do you know which tuner can make this modification (preferably in FL) and which "muffler package" is involved?

Think about this the worse case is that you don't like it for some odd reason, then just have them reinstall the mufflers.

Unbelievable that there is a $100 upgrade for the CL .

Its not a muffler package, you just go to a muffler shop and have them remove the mufflers and put in a straight pipe. It should cost maybe $100 and sounds great, many of the tuners and V12TT owners on here have recommended it.

thank you. I watched the first video and it sounded awesome of course.

This link is in the thread I suggested that you read, Its not my car but its how my sounds now. All V12TT would sound very much like this if they did a muffler delete !
