dipstick!!

Hello
ive only joined here this morning ,so ill apologise if im duplicating
im wondering if anyone knows the quantity of oil that is indicated by the levels on the dipstick.curious so i have a guide when doing my occasional top up instead of the dribble and dip method(a bit tedious)
its a 2007 cl63 amg
thanks in advance if anyone can help

Doesn't It shows the marks on it but not the volume of oil that would be in the block. Manual doesn't even show location of filler cap. I assume they expect it'll be returned to service centre for top ups!

I disagree.
Oil sensors can and will go faulty (especially on the 55s with more than 10 years lifetime)... Then you have it...

I have a stick on my 55 and that's all I use. Wouldn't trust the sensor.

I've already had to replace the sensor once from faulty readings telling me I was out of oil.
