To be honest we have not actively looked at gains for 91 but having been in a car running 95 euro which is the same, I can safely say performance is still very noticeable..

Hi Matt
How long does this offer last? I'm driving a CLA45 but I'm also trying to check on behalf of folks driving A250. What will be the price for A250? Thanks.

I know when you unplug your tuner box it leave no trace. But does it leave any gaps in the stored vehicle data files such that the dealer would suspect? I am really interested in your tuner box.
Thanks
Alex

No sir.. The system doesn't work like that on these cars. The entirety of programming is held upon the Rebellion ECU not the vehicle ECU.. It never alters or directly changes anything that can be traced on the OEM system..

I've had the S1V2 ECU and have completed 3200 km (almost 2000miles) from 9000km total)Originally Posted by dblock110

2 long road trips of more than 800km (virtually non stop, av speed 110kph).
2 track days in 28Cdegree (82F) heat with the oil and water temps both above 100C.
3 back to back race starts at the drag strip
and it's a daily driver car (city traffic, stop - start)
It runs on 98RON fuel and I've changed the oil out already.
I recently took the car in for a software update (I removed the S1V2 ECU (10mins)) and they mentioned nothing. (but they did say my average fuel consumption was higher than average and my tyres we almost gone- a couple of track days will do that!

besides the performance gains (which have already been discussed), the S1V2 highlights the gearbox shortfalls (which is why Rebellion have a TCU tune now I guess). Also, you get used to the power. I drove a friend's stock A45 and immediately noticed the shortfall. now I'm looking at stage 2 but I think the dealership may notice that.

Thank you for this. This is what I wanted to hear! Did you track the car stock? How does it compare?Originally Posted by PorGT3

On my GT-R, when I track it, I run a specific lower boost road course tune for safety that only has slightly more power than a stock car but much lower boost/power than kill mode on my GT-R, that's what I figure I would do on this car as well.

Hi Matt, I ma very interested in stage 1 tune (I live in USA). I have a CLA 45 AMG with 2000 miles of easy driving "break in". I am looking for more power and speed, I like what I hear about Rebellion and the price is a better option than other companies. Sorry if this has been discussed already in earlier posts.

This is for (Matt) Rebellion,
I live in the USA and octane levels are relatively low, generally 91-93 is the best we can get which is "super". I am very close to ordering the stage 1 unit for my CLA 45, however I am now concerned that I will not see gains due to octane levels.
You mentioned that testing was with "94" octane levels (50 HP). What is your opinion on this? I only ask because it is expensive, which I don't mind as long as I get the gains. I would be disappointed however to see very little due to octane levels.

Ajmckay take a look on page 1 of this post again because Matt said Gains expected on 93 octane will be around 50bhp and 65ftlbs and not 94...Originally Posted by ajmckay
