software update looking for advice / help
Hey
So yesterday my car downloaded an update for tne infotainment system.
An d after restart i lost a bunch of functionality to the car. i no longer have online music with amazon, my rear camera doesnt work, my navigation says i have the wrong map data... and loads of other stuff not working or missing.
What can i do, any way i can undo this update? What would you guys do?

Did you get this resolved? I'm reluctant to upgrade my infotainment system since my warranty just ended! Anyone successfully update? I am paying for the yearly updates and am wondering if Mercedes would take care of things if the system bricks. Thanks, Art

so this is what happened.
I took it to the dealer... they tried infotainment update but failed, the dealer told me that i need an HDD change cos its ****ed.
I went home and called mercedes me support several times to complain cos i was also no longer under warranty. they sent me to a different.
They sent me to a different dealer and that dealer did the update again and it succeeded (guess it wasnt the hdd after all)
And since i complained to mercedes me support that their update did this... they covered the whole bill.... so i was only down about 500 miles of gas and 2 vacation days.

CLA 200 AMG Line Executive 2023 facelift model, Cosmos Black with Sage Grey interior.
I did the update on 15.05.24 and I didn't notice any difference. You mention Art though. I have a memory stick attached with loads of albums. If I select artists there are genetic images of each artists (not album cover) but not sure if that is new or not as not had tge car long.
