FS: OEM Mercedes E63 AMG Graphite wheels
Mint set of 18" OEM Mercedes E63 AMG graphite wheels w/Continental tires. Handled with care, no curb rash or scratches (see pictures below). Rear tires have about 80% of tread left and 90% in the front. These wheels will fit W211 E55 as well. You won't be disappointed!

No you can't put staggered wheels on a 4matic
I believe standard tires for the E63 were 245/40/18 and 265/35/18. Double check what is mounted by asking the ebay seller.
From my past experience on fitting wheels on the W208 these wheels should work, if anything a thin spacer may be needed, double check tho.
