Question Rear Side Airbags - Standard

For those with cars (25's) are these actually standard, and can you pls post a pic of your window sticker? Anyone order these?
My 25 order shows them as standard equipment, but the configurator has been showing them as a $700 option for quite some time now, and my dealer insists they are indeed standard. .

They are listed as standard on my 2024 build also, 293-Rear Side Airbags. They are not on the window sticker but they are on the final build sheet after production.

Do you see them/the SRS logo in the rear?...theyd be where the blue bags ae shown

Unfortunately, for me/my build, I have my doubts these are standard and we always get these when available.

Here's info from mbusa ... 2025 AMG CLE 53 Coupe | Mercedes-Benz USA click on link, then scroll down to Key Features, then click on Safety, then click on View all Safety then click on Rear Side Impact Airbags … it says they are Optional

2025 CLE AMG 53
My car is being built next week and I did not order the rear airbags. I noticed that they appear on the confirmation I received from the dealers ordering system and they do not show an additional charge.

It says “AIRBAG” in that area on both sides. The AIRBAG marking is between the seat cushion and side of the car, at the rear in the area of the side cup holder/storage space.

Interesting, can you snap pic and post pls
There’s supposed to be a “center airbag” that’s standard - have no idea where that’s supposed to be but I’d imagine between driver/psngr seats.
Hope the airbag signs are not for the rear side curtain airbags which are listed as standard

Page 53 of the CLE manual I downloaded from MBUSA shows location of all airbags. According to the diagram, the location I described is the side impact air bag. The side curtain air bags come down from the top. The center air bag comes out from the right side of the drivers seat. I’ll get a pic tomorrow.

The MBUSA website is managed by a third grade class in Hoboken, NJ. It should not be used as an accurate source for anything.

LOL
How embarrassing and it causes many issues when trying to build/custom order (even the DOG has been riddled with errors/omissions).

293 Rear Side Airbags was initially listed on the MBUSA online Dealer Ordering Guide (dated 07.26.24) as a $700 option. Checked the box when configuring the car in advance of my meeting at the dealership to place my order. When entering the selections on the system with my S/A the following week the feature had moved to a Standard Option category without an additional charge. Not listed on the window sticker or subsequent configuration lists, I looked for the airbag warning labels on delivery and found two on each side of the rear passenger compartment, one just next to the rear seat cushions and one adjacent to the rear headrests near the roof line.

Some difficulty getting a phone pic on the upper tags, here's one of the lowers just off the drivers side passenger seat cushion,

Found this schematic on a vehicle rescue site showing critical areas on the CLE 53 coupe, note the position of the rear airbag gas generators. An interesting page in other respects, link provided below the attached drawing.
