The spacer needed to be very balance and hubcentric. for your can to run smooth and SAFE
the extra 30 dollars for H&R is well worth it

10mm+ spacers have an additional mounting lip to them, where you would normall rest the wheel onto. This extra lip will make contact with the hub before the spacer can sit flat against the rotor. This is only an issue with 10+mm spacers, on the front hub.
because not a lot of people use 245 in front...
but for a ET30mm ... your rim is already sticking out from the fender wall..
make it look like the mexican pick up with big spacers.
Btw. adding 10MM to the rear helps handleing a lot !!!!..

However, ET35 to ET30 is ONLY 5mm difference. 5mm is enough to clear the ball joint bolt. I'm not sure how you think a mouse pad's thickness is going to make the tire stick out that far.

how much did you lower your car btw?
Mine is lowered on H&R with the original #2 pads, which makes it pretty low. I was looking for a picture to demonstrate that the front tires don't stick out, but I can't find one now.

About as low as yours, except it is on 18s right now.
