Powerful HID light bulb upgrade.
Any thoughts? Thinks it's a good idea? Yay or nay?
I ordered some so they should be arriving soon, their a pair of 2 headlights and 2 fog lights, 12V 100W.
I got a quick question, is our headlight and foglights H7 and H1?
It's just too bad I don't got enough money for a set of new headlights, I'd go get me those Black Projectors man

If you have replaceable halogen capsules, then your headlights are H7's. If you have Xenons, you'll need D2Rs. You may want to be sitting down if you've never priced D2Rs before.

I bought a pair of Plasma Xenons, I dunno if you guys heard of that...I was just making sure I got the right ones for my car, my 430 already has HID lights...so I'm hoping replacing them won't be a problem? Especially the foglights, since their not HID..

Those are halogen Bulbs, Definately not HID's. If you have HID's in your car, which i believe you don't do to the fact that you have a 430, then they wouldn't work. But since you don't have HID's then these halogens will probably work, but they would end up melting your socket because they get to hot. I wouldn't recommend putting them in.

HID stands for HIGH INTENSITY DISCHARGE thats what Xenons are. The bulbs you bought are Halogens, they 100% will NOT WORK. It looks to me as if you have Xenon's. But its hard to tell.

In 2002, if you had headlight washers, that meant you had Xenons. You could not get Xenons without the washers and you couldn't get halogens with the washers. If the other years are the same . . . . . .
"got washers?"

I odered the same ones and installed them a few weeks ago. They will work for now but I will defiently be upgrading to a HID kit. Most likely Philips because thats what I had on my GS300. Never had problem.
